M2 plans to make the home page configurable for each user in a later release. However, for now the home page is separated into four zones. The bottom left zone displays a pie chart which graphically shows the % allocation of Assets within the Portfolio/s included by Asset Group. In the bottom right zone, the currency cross rates are shown against the default reporting currency with a % change for each currency from the previous days rate. This rate is updated daily from an automatic close of business feed. The top left zone displays the Users Net Worth with assets grouped and displayed by Asset Group. This enables the user to see a consolidated picture in an easily understood display format. The top right zone displays all Accounts for the user including the appropriate manager, the net cost of the Holdings in each account and the current market value of these Holdings. The net cost of cash accounts is the same as the market value but in a later release foreign exchange will be added to enable exchange rate Movements to be reflected.
